Eligibility: The contest giveaway is open to individuals who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees of Clover Landscaping and their immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
Entry Period: The contest giveaway begins on April 1st and ends on June 15th at (the "Entry Period"). Entries submitted before or after the Entry Period will not be eligible.
How to Enter: To enter the contest giveaway, participants must enter on our site, or by the conditions laid out on our social media accounts. Each participant may submit only one entry per day.
Prize: The prize for the contest giveaways are listed on our site. The prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be provided. Clover Landscaping reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of similar value at any time without prior notice.
Winner Selection: The winner of the contest giveaway will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The selection will be conducted within three days following the end of the Entry Period. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification: The winner will be notified via email or social media message within five days following the winner selection. If the winner does not respond to the notification and claim the prize within three days of the initial notification, an alternate winner may be selected.
Publicity: By participating in the contest giveaway, participants agree to allow Clover Landscaping to use their name, likeness, and entry for promotional purposes without further compensation or consent, except where prohibited by law.
Privacy: Any personal information collected from participants in connection with the contest giveaway will be used solely for the purpose of administering the giveaway and will not be shared with third parties without consent, except as required by law.
General Conditions: Clover Landscaping reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the contest giveaway at any time for any reason. By participating in the contest giveaway, participants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Clover Landscaping, which are final and binding in all matters relating to the giveaway.
Governing Law: The contest giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of Alberta, without regard to its conflict of laws principles.
